Reyes Fleet Management is hiring immediately at our Reyes Coca Cola Bottling facility in Milwaukee, WI. Seeking a Fleet Technician Trainee to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment. Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM Pay: $25.10/Hour CDL Incentive Pay (Additional $1.00/per hour with active CDL A license)-Preferred but not required Perks and Benefits: • WEEKLY PAY!, • Union Benefits, • Incentive pay Eligibility 0.25 per T Series ASE certification -Maximum $2.00 per hour, • Paid Time off and holiday pay, • Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment, • Health, dental, and vision coverage, • Responsible for accurately inspecting, repairing and completing routine maintenance of Fleet equipment, • Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and repairs/inspections completed through the online AssetWorks system, • Learn and assist diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals, • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area, • Replaces defective components as instructed, • Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and perform tasks in outdoor settings, • Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices, • This position may require driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role. The Driver Qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last three years. Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMSCA Clearinghouse review, • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) or Technical School Certification with 0 to 2 years of related experience, • You must be at least 18 years old., • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles, • Ability to frequently lift, push and/or pull weights in excess of 50 pounds, occasionally lift, push and/or pull weights in excess of 100 pounds Preferred Education and Experience: • Trade School Diploma or Certification
