Job Description MINNECT is seeking a Commercial Manager to own and drive the commercial performance of our technology platform. This role sits at the intersection of market strategy, product development, marketing execution, and revenue growth. The Commercial Manager will be accountable for growing revenue, expanding the user base, increasing daily active users (DAU), and translating market insight into commercially successful products and campaigns. This individual will operate cross-functionally, building strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Content, and Finance to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role for a business unit leader who thinks like an owner, delivers like an operator, understands growth economics, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth • Deliver revenue growth as core deliverable – defined as monetized transactions through growth of experts, user base (audience), Circles, and other product features., • Define and own pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings, • Partner with Marketing to develop user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization programs and associated creative, • Ensure marketing campaigns are tied directly to commercial outcomes, • Own a deep understanding of the MINNECT market landscape, including customers, competitors, pricing models, and emerging trends, • Identify and size new revenue opportunities, customer segments, and use cases, • Translate market insight into clear commercial priorities and business cases, • Act as the commercial glue across MINNECT, aligning teams around revenue-driving priorities, • Influence without direct authority, ensuring clarity on ownership, timelines, and outcomes, • Own and deliver against revenue growth targets, • Track and report on key commercial metrics, including revenue, DAU, conversion rates, ARPU, CAC, and LTV, • Revenue growth (monthly, quarterly, annual), • Daily and monthly active users (DAU / MAU), • Conversion rates across key funnels, • Average revenue per user (ARPU), • Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and LTV/CAC ratio, • Proven experience driving commercial outcomes in a technology, marketplace, SaaS, or consumer platform, • Strong understanding of growth economics, funnels, pricing, and monetization, • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, • Data-driven decision-maker with strong business judgment, • Experience in subscription, marketplace, or creator/expert platforms, • Background in product marketing, growth, or revenue operations, • Acts like an owner; treats company resources as their own, • Bias for action and results over activity, • Comfortable with debate, direct feedback, and high standards Valuetainment is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
