Job Description THE POSITION Endeavor’s People and Transformation team sits at the heart of how we grow, develop, and support our global organization. From our headquarters team of ~80 to nearly 500 colleagues across 50+ markets, we focus on building the capabilities that allow Endeavor to better serve high-impact entrepreneurs around the world. We’re looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented intern to take ownership of a high-visibility project: revamping Endeavor’s global Venture Capital course used by staff worldwide. This is not a shadowing role as you’ll actively edit, reorganize, and modernize a real learning product that helps our teams better understand venture capital and the startup ecosystem. In this role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across departments and regions, work hands-on with our learning platform, and translate complex VC concepts into clear, engaging content. By the end of the internship, you’ll have delivered a polished, globally deployed course creating a tangible output with lasting impact on ~500 Endeavor team members worldwide. This internship is ideal for someone excited by venture capital, learning and development, and building things that scale globally, while gaining real responsibility and visibility inside a mission-driven organization. This role reports directly to the Senior Global People Manager. HIRING TIMELINE * Applications close: February 17, at 11:59pm EST * Interview process: Our process consists of four rounds: (1) A first round interview with the Hiring Manager, (2) a writing assignment, (3) an additional interview with members of our HQ Team, and (4) a final interview with our Head of People * Offer extension: Mid-March, 2026 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the Revamp of our Endeavor Venture Capital Course * Take the lead on reviewing, editing, and updating Endeavor’s existing Venture Capital course, improving clarity, structure, and engagement for a diverse, global staff audience. * Translate Complex VC Concepts into Engaging Content * Apply best practices in digital learning, content design, and user experience to make venture capital concepts accessible, engaging, and relevant across roles and regions. * Build a Seamless Learning Experience on Our Internal Platform * Organize lessons, modules, and supporting resources within Endeavor’s learning platform to create a clear, intuitive, and scalable learning journey for team members worldwide. * Collaborate Globally and Incorporate Feedback * Work with colleagues across teams and offices to validate content accuracy, gather feedback, and iterate on course materials, ensuring the final product meets the needs of Endeavor’s global workforce. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Student Status: Undergraduate Junior or Senior, or Graduate-Level students welcome to apply * Interests / Areas of Focus: * Preferred background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, International Studies, Sociology, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills and interest are encouraged to apply. * Strong foundational knowledge of Venture Capital and interest in entrepreneurship and/or startup ecosystems * Ability to understand and communicate venture capital and financial concepts * Strong written and organizational skills, with the ability to edit and structure content clearly * Comfort working with digital tools and learning platforms; experience with LearnDash, LMS platforms, or content management systems is a plus * Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines * Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders * Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment * Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year. PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Endeavor Global Summer Internship Program invites students to spend 10 weeks working closely with teams within our Headquarters – Partnerships, Platforms, Marketing, Insight, People, EX Growth, Selection, Finance, Catalyst, Capital, and Global Hubs. Our Internship Program prioritizes a hands-on and immersive experience for our interns. Interns work as contributors within their teams and take on meaningful projects that have a real-time impact on the work that we do. In addition to project-based experience, interns participate in curated learning sessions throughout the summer, including deep dives into Endeavor’s teams, public speaking and résumé workshops, fireside chats with senior leaders including our CEO, and opportunities to join networking events in our New York office. We’re seeking driven, globally minded students who want to explore how entrepreneurship shapes economies and who are excited to contribute in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
