Salary is commensurate with experience. Staff members receive up to a 2% yearly raise. To establish consistent salary practices, the compensation package is derived from the regional KIPP Nashville Public Schools pay scale. Manages all lab specimens for shipment and delivery to laboratories in accordance with established policies., • Supports donor families, conducts medical and social history interviews, provides informed consent, and assists donor families as needed., • Has an understanding of electronic medical records and demonstrates an ability to complete all documentation in DCIDS electronic medical record. Adheres to established AOPO, UNOS and company guidelines regarding documentation., • Collaborates with Hospital Development to prepare and present educational resources to hospital personnel and physicians. Salary is commensurate with experience. Staff members receive up to a 2% yearly raise. To establish consistent salary practices, the compensation package is derived from the regional KIPP Nashville Public Schools pay scale. This position is exempt and will follow a 10-month work schedule. * Robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, supplemental insurance, and life insurance policy options.
