Other responsibilities you will be evaluated on: • Grow the book: Develop leads, set appointments, conduct needs-based conversations, and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Health solutions., • Hit targets as a team: Execute daily activity plans, track pipeline, and partner with the Agent to meet marketing and sales goals., • Serve like a neighbor: Quote, bind, and service policies; handle follow-ups, endorsements, and renewals with excellent communication. Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues., • Retain Households: Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers., • Develop leadership skills: Mentor teammates, help with recruiting, community events, and learn office P&L/agency operations to prepare for agency.WHAT YOU WILL BRING:, • Licensing:, • Ability to obtain Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses before or shortly after start (well guide you)., • Desire to obtain securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65) and advise customers on investments & retirement planning. These licenses are needed to open your own office one day., • Sales DNA: Drive, persistence, coachability, and comfort with phone/face-to-face outreach., • Tech & detail: CRM proficiency, accurate documentation, and multi-tasking in a fast-moving office., • Community mindset: Integrity, empathy, and a desire to build relationships across DFW.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:, • Must be located in Texas, eligible for employment in the U.S. and able to commute to work in office daily Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30., • Comfortable making100+ outbound sales calls & texts OR discuss insurance with prospects for 2+ hours OR provide 6+ household quotes., • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred., • Goal-oriented, competitive and self-motivated., • Leadership and interpersonal skills., • Proven track record of meeting sales targets., • Willingness to engage in sales conversations, including those that pertain to uncomfortable topics (i.e. disability or unexpected death).SALARY & COMPENSATION:, • Monthly base salary + direct sales commissions (your sales) + managed sales commissions (team sales) + office performance bonuses.TRAINING YOU WILL RECEIVE:, • Product, compliance, leadership, management and sales process training (needs-based selling, quoting/binding, objection handling).
