We offer a(n): • New Hire Program // We understand changing jobs can be intimidating, CobbFendley has established a program geared specifically to the successful onboarding and integration of new hires into the firm, • Development Opportunities // Professional and personal growth through innovative in-house training and collaborative resources, • Compensation + Benefits // Competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) Matching and Profit-sharing Contributions; Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP); Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance; Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance; Employer Funded and Voluntary Life Insurance; Tuition Reimbursement; and Continuing Education Programs, • Paid Parental Leave // FMLA-eligible employees will receive fully paid leave in the amounts of eight (8) weeks for maternity cases and two (2) weeks for paternity or adoptions cases, • Winter Holiday // Extended office closure from December 25 through January 1 to relax and enjoy the holidays RESPONSIBILITIES This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and are subject to change, including additional duties as assigned. • Provide reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress, • Assist with recommending and purchasing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet, as well as identifying vehicles that should be considered for removal or sale., • Maintain relationships with external vendors, • Maintain knowledge of vehicle warranties and recalls, • Assist in overseeing the driver schedule in coordination with Human Resources and Safety, • Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including the Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), • Monitor and ensure compliance with DOT logs, • Assist with reporting fleet claims to insurance consultants (USI) and providers (Hartford), • Track and coordinate vehicle damage and urgent or emergency repairs to minimize downtime and optimize productivity, • Oversee regular maintenance is tracked, scheduled, and adhered to on all vehicles, • Generate regular reports on fleet utilization, downtime, and maintenance trends Assist in overseeing vehicle and trailer licensure and registration in coordination with the designated staff, • Oversee warehouse huddles, fleet walks, preventative maintenance, training, etc., • Assist HR and Safety with ensuring prohibited/probationary drivers are adhering to instructions, • Monitor Drivers to ensure adherence to proper driving practices through telematics, report to HR and Safety as needed, • Attend driver/safety meetings and promote safe driving culture, • Act as a liaison to the Company and calls from the public in coordination with Safety, • Assist Accounting with ensuring proper vehicle units are used in VantagePoint, • Develop methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency, • Coordinate quarterly inspections of all vehicles in the fleet and ensure staff are addressing maintenance related issues in a timely manner., • Maintain records associated with drivers’ quarterly vehicle inspections, • Travel to and from offices/warehouses as necessary, • Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and warranty documentation, • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance, replacements, and vehicle lifecycle planning, • Oversee material stocking of fleet vehicles and warehouse inventory, • Act as the primary point of contact for service vendors, dealerships, and repair facilities, • Communicate vehicle policies and operational updates, • We Collaborate // with a professional attitude making communication a priority., • We Commit // to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment, with a focus on accountability. Repetitive finger movements for operating a computer mouse and typing on a keyboard., • Arm Movement. Extending hands and arms in various directions, such as overhead, below the waist, forward, or laterally., • Object Handling. Raising or lowering objects from one level to another and transporting objects by holding them in the hands, arms, or over the shoulder., • Cognitive Requirements. Selective attention, oral comprehension, oral expression, speech recognition, speech clarity, written comprehension, written expression, problem sensitivity, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, number facility, information ordering, category flexibility, flexibility of closure, fluency of ideas, and originality., • Office Conditions. Includes extensive use of electronic devices such as computers, printers, copiers, scanners, plotters, and telephones. Additionally, tasks may involve the use of cutting tools and equipment like rotary paper cutters and plotting devices., • Outdoor Conditions. Includes walking and climbing on uneven surfaces, confined spaces, and exposure to extreme weather conditions (heat and freezing temperatures). Potential exposure to high noise levels and various allergens, including poison ivy, sumac, dust, pollen, and cedar. Potential exposure to wildlife hazards such as animals, insects, and plants., • Safety and Equipment Use. Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, along with use of hand and power tools., • This is a full-time position, generally 40 hours per week, however, hours may fluctuate depending on department needs including the use of overtime.
