Maintain positive member relationships to enhance retention., • Goal Setting: Set ambitious goals for both the team and you, tracking progress and ensuring consistent results., • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Club Manager to optimize gym schedules, support events, and implement marketing strategies to boost brand presence., • High School Diploma or Equivalent, • CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire, • Two or more years of relevant work experience (Sales, retail, reception, customer service etc.), • Two or more years of staff supervision and onboarding experience., • Ability to manage front desk recruitment processes, membership tours, interviews and sales., • Exceptional customer service skills, responding to multiple questions, via phone calls, email and in person., • Proven Leadership: 2-4 years of management experience in a team-oriented environment, ideally within retail, hospitality, or fitness., • Previous experience in Fitness Industry (Sales, Operations etc.), • Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
