Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities Act as the overall manager of the LAUNCH brand and messaging to ensure consistency throughout all business materials, online presence and external and internal communications. Work in conjunction with the Group President and various department leaders to develop and oversee the marketing strategy and planning for LAUNCH. Overview of Responsibilities • Responsible for developing, coaching, and managing the Marketing Manager., • Work with the Group President and department leaders to develop the ongoing marketing strategy and planning for LAUNCH., • Oversees the social media presence for LAUNCH from a high level to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Plan, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager any relevant sales priorities or company announcements and the week-to-week social media campaign calendar. Oversee monthly Sponsored Ads for Facebook as created by the Marketing Manager and Recruiting Operations Coordinator. Manage the company’s Google Ads campaigns for all business segments., • Create and manage the LAUNCH Marketing budget, track all spending on an ongoing basis and ensure spending is monitored and within budget throughout the year., • Responsible for creating and maintaining the conference calendar, managing staff registrations, dinner and hotel reservations, and ensuring staff members are assigned and prepared, giveaways are coordinated and sent as needed, in conjunction with the Office Admin. Also, high-level show strategy, booth space selection, booth design, uniform, giveaways, booth ordering, schedule, and team organizing., • Manage the creation, maintenance and storage of the LAUNCH tradeshow booth, including banners and other materials, ensuring they are kept up to date and provide recommendations for enhancements as needed., • Selects and orders giveaways and company logo wear for clients, contractors, and internal staff. Maintains inventory in coordination with LAUNCH admin., • Act as the Vistaprint ProShop administrator, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, for ordering all necessary corporate collateral, business cards, safety cards, and other printed items as needed., • Manages the online profiles for the company (i.e.. Glassdoor, Google, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.) in conjunction with the Marketing Manager., • Manages and updates the LAUNCH company website including monitoring all analytics and reporting tools, overseeing Search Engine Marketing in conjunction with agency/SEO consultant, coordinate with web developer for needs outside of the CMS capabilities, manage content changes, news articles, Meet the Team and any website development updates and additions. Participate in monthly review of all analytics with agency., • Manages all company Public Relations including writing press releases, distributing them to the website and related local and national publications. Maintain relationships with relative journalists and maintain the relevant media contacts list for LAUNCH press relations., • Completes and manages the process of applying for company awards related to the growth of LAUNCH (Crains Fast 50, Inc 5000, etc) and for executive leaders, as needed., • Manages and maintains the Marketing Agency relationship for any marketing projects and materials needed that cannot be created in-house and manage the spend to the marketing budget., • Manages the creation of new and updated materials for sales or recruiting as requested by internal LAUNCH staff, including flyers, trifolds, PowerPoint presentations, etc., working in conjunction with the Marketing Manager., • Drafts and creates employee or client documents as needed for other departments., • Oversees and helps create and distributes the quarterly publication of LAUNCH News in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and the Operations Manager., • Manage LAUNCH memberships and online profiles for aviation groups, including Women in Aviation, NBAA, the Wings Club, ISTAT, PNAA, Huntsville Chamber of Commerce, ATEC and others as needed., • Other duties assigned, including but not limited to writing and managing internal and external communications as needed for company leaders. Qualifications, Experience & Education Qualifications: • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness., • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience managing a small, cross-functional team., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across departments and at the executive level., • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; comfortable managing both high-level planning and day-to-day execution., • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics to measure performance and guide decision-making., • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role., • Experience working in a medium-sized organization or fast-paced environment where resources are limited and adaptability is key., • Demonstrated success in building and managing marketing campaigns that support business development and sales goals., • Proven track record of managing budgets, vendors, and external agency relationships., • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
