Job Description Home Care Aide / Caregiver Location: Baltimore, Howard and Carroll counties Employment Type: Part-time – DAY SHIFTS preferred Pay: $17-18.50 depending on level of care About the Role We are seeking compassionate, reliable Home Care Aides to support clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Care Aide, you will help improve quality of life by providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities—while treating every client with dignity and respect. Responsibilities · Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting · Provide companionship and emotional support · Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning · Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed · Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying client areas) · Remind clients to take medications (non-medical) · Run errands or provide transportation when required · Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors · Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, or personal care experience preferred (training available) Ability to pass background checks and drug screening Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of driver’s insurance Strong communication skills and a caring, patient attitude Ability to lift to 10 bs and perform physical caregiving tasks CPR or 1st Aid Certificate (or obtained within 30 days of hire) What We Offer Competitive pay and bonus opportunities Paid training and ongoing support Mileage reimbursement and travel pay (if applicable) A supportive team that values and respects caregivers Why Work With Us?
