Job Description Manager, Corporate & Digital Communications position, in collaboration with the marketing department, will develop and execute the organization’s corporate brand voice and identity, content strategy, public relations, social media, and internal employee communications. The role is responsible for the conception and development of content for marketing, public relations, social media, video, employee communication, and executive communication that aligns with and supports EECU’s key business objectives, mission, brand, and principles. While this position works in collaboration with the marketing and business development department, this role is an individual contributor role. An ideal candidate is highly motivated, understands how to communicate to a broad audience across multiple channels, and has extensive hands-on experience developing content for digital channels, such as email, web, and social media. • Oversee EECU’s corporate brand voice & identity, through content strategy, content creation, & communications plans content strategies that support business goals across all channels. Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, research, and develop content for marketing programs, across multiple channels, including email, video, web, TV, & radio. Execute content creation in digital platforms such as: Marketo, Sprout Social, & Adobe InDesign, • In collaboration with the marketing department, develop and execute internal multi-channel communication strategies & content, that supports the adoption, promotion, and consistent representation of the EECU mission, values, and brand identity throughout the organization. Includes video, email, & event scripts., • In collaboration with other departments, develop timely and collaborative communication to employees on products and enhancements, new services, support for culture-building and continuous improvement, and other internal communication as necessary., • Execute EECU’s public relations strategy, to drive awareness and support for the organization’s products, services, and brand identity. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and create meaningful and relevant content. Track, analyze, and provide monthly and quarterly reports on public relations efforts., • Lead and execute strategic multi-channel social media communications that drive awareness and support for the organization’s products, services, and brand identity. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and create consistent, meaningful, and relevant content that is personalized for each channel and target audience. Partner and collaborate across marketing functions to ensure that all other organization initiatives are being effectively communicated using best-in-class practices. Track, analyze, and provide monthly and quarterly reports on social media communication., • Support executive communications requirements. Including developing executive messaging, speeches, videos, presentations, town halls, and other events., • 10+ year’s professional experience in internal and external communications, with the ability to understand business issues and strategies., • BA in Communications/Marketing or equivalent experience required., • Demonstrate ability to create holistic employee communication programs that span engagement, advocacy, content creation, social platforms, event management, research and measurement., • Demonstrated original writing and editing expertise, with commanding knowledge of multi-channel communication strategies (digital, print, and events)., • Demonstrated ability to create consumer friendly conversational communication across print, digital, online, and social media channels., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required, • Working knowledge of digital content management platforms, such as Sprout Social, Marketo, and Kentico, • Execution/Delivery mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines EECU is an EOE/Vets/Disabled Employer.
