Job DescriptionMachine Operator (Full‑time, hands‑on manufacturing role) This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in precision, and wants to build a long‑term career in a clean, well‑organized manufacturing environment. As a Machine Operator, you’ll work with a variety of tools and equipment to create high‑quality parts that support our production team. You’ll receive one‑on‑one training, steady hours, and the chance to grow your skills in a supportive, safety‑focused workplace. What You’ll Do • Perform machine operations such as drilling, grinding, and deburring to prepare and finish parts., • Use shop machinery and handheld tools—including presses, custom tooling, air drivers, and torque wrenches—to complete work orders accurately., • Follow clear work instructions and maintain consistent quality standards., • Support the team with additional production tasks as needed.What You Bring, • Experience with mechanical assembly, machine operation, or similar hands‑on work., • Ability to read blueprints, follow instructions, and use basic math (fractions, decimals)., • Comfort using hand tools and working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy., • Strong communication skills and the ability to work safely and efficiently.Preferred Qualifications, • High school diploma or GED., • Prior manufacturing or machine‑shop experience., • Familiarity with packing/unpacking materials, maintaining a clean workspace, and adapting to shifting priorities., • Four weeks of paid time off immediately upon hire—rare in manufacturing roles., • Free onsite gym to support your health and wellness., • Profit‑sharing opportunities that reward your contribution to the company’s success., • Access to a full onsite café with a variety of food options., • One‑on‑one training to help you succeed., • A strong focus on safety, 5S, and continuous improvement.
