Foremen Responsibilities: • Responsibilities consist of working with the electrical team: site layout; including blueprint reading skills, repair and installation of electrical systems, and direct customer interaction., • Make sure that completed work meets manufacturers requirements as well as appropriate environmental standards., • Work independently as well as oversee a job site and work of others., • Interact with customers, vendors, and other employees in a professional manner., • Work in a safe manner that acknowledges self, co-worker, and public safety concerns., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required (oral, written, and presentation)., • Creative problem solver with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail skills., • Works well in a team-oriented environment., • Strong work ethic with a high amount of personal ownership of their work., • Ability to take the initiative and have a proactive approach to solving problems with minimal supervision., • Enjoys a fast-paced and frequently changing environment, able to be responsive to multiple details and multiple tasks while minimizing errors., • Minimum of 4-years Journeyman experience with experience managing jobs and teams, • Licensed in Kentucky, • Ability to routinely lift/move 70 lbs., • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment., • Career-minded with a willingness to continue training/education., • Well versed in Federal and State OSHA safety requirements Benefits • Competitive wages, • Paid overtime, • Paid holidays, • PTO, • Employer-paid Health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance, • Tuition reimbursement, • 401K Apply online or send resume to .
