Role Overview As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. Youll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments. Each Behavior Analyst has access to a Lead Behavior Analyst who serves as a clinical thought partner and resource. This support begins during onboarding and continues throughout your time at Elevated Kids, offering collaboration across NDBI implementation, parent coaching, care planning, clinical decision-making, and EMR systems.
