Summary: We’re looking for a hands-on Business Systems Analyst / ERP Specialist who thrives in smaller, fast-moving teams where you can wear many hats. You’ll be deeply involved in configuring systems, writing SQL, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with business leaders to drive real process improvement across manufacturing and operations. Responsibilities: • Configure and customize ERP solutions (Oracle EBS, SAP, IFS, Dynamics, or similar) to meet evolving business requirements., • Translate business needs into system specifications, functional designs, and configuration updates., • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to extract, transform, and analyze data., • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, working closely with vendors and offshore development teams., • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Domo, or similar BI tools., • Support end-to-end system testing and validation across dev/test/prod environments., • Work cross-functionally with purchasing, operations, and other business units to identify process gaps and deliver system solutions., • Participate in ERP selection and implementation efforts — serve as an IT liaison in discussions with vendors and business leaders., • Understand and follow data flows and ETL processes between integrated systems. Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on ERP experience (configuration, testing, and reporting)., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, IT, or related field., • Strong SQL skills and ability to trace and follow data logic end-to-end., • Experience with reporting platforms (Power BI, Domo, or equivalent)., • Understanding of ETL, integrations, and multi-system environments., • Excellent communication skills — able to work directly with business users, vendors, and technical teams., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a smaller, agile environment where collaboration is key., • Manufacturing or supply chain systems experience preferred (not required)., • Familiarity with .NET development is a plus.

You Will: Perform Provisioning & Allowance Parts List (APL) Changes • Modify and create APLs with the use of the Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) Database., • Maintain spreadsheets that outline outstanding and completed configuration management changes associated with provisioning packages., • Establish professional relationships with the Technical Support Activity (TSA), NAVSUP Program Manager, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Analyst, Performance Based Logistics - Organic activities and DLA provisioners, • Assist with the processes used to conduct Readiness Based Sparing (RBS), • Submit Provisioning Contract Control Number (PCCNs), track-provisioning packages and conduct backwards transfers with the use of the Integrated Logistics Information Tool (ILIT)., • Submit weekly reports on the status of each provisioning package and configuration management tool.\n\n You Will: Perform Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) duties • Review Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and Allowance Parts List (APLs) to build obsolescence tracking spreadsheets., • Use the Q-Star database and contact manufacturers to identify end of manufacturing dates, sales dates and repair dates for repairable items., • Prepare monthly obsolescence reports and participate in PMW790 DMSMS meetings., • Consider inventory levels, demand and availability to determine potential risks or issues associated with obsolescence., • Conduct research analysis to recommend suitable substitutes or mitigation plans for obsolete items in order to limit risks with system production, operation or sustainment.\n\n You Will: • Qualify Configuration Technical Data Management (CTDM), • Perform Model Based Performance Support (MBPS) functions, • Access technical data in the Windchill Database related to configurations, • Create Work File Changes (WFC) based on equipment validations, maintenance planning and execution, data processing from end users, and alteration installers.\n\n You Will: Establish Planned Maintenance Procedures • Qualify NAVSEA Reliability Centered Maintenance, • Qualify NAVSEA Backfit Reliability Centered Maintenance, • Establish Cyber Hygiene procedures., • Create and modify Maintenance Index Pages, • US Citizenship, • Possession of, and the ability to maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance, • Strong documentation and oral communication skills to clearly communicate with all levels of employees, management and organizations, • Possession of strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, self-govern and balance multiple goals and priorities, • A minimum of two years' experience using ICAPS and ILIT databases and tools, • Experienced with the use of the Q-Star Database, • The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form., • The ability to work with teammates and technical experts in a highly collaborative environment, • A strong work ethic and commitment to quality, • Have a strong working knowledge of DoD DMSMS strategies., • A minimum of two years' experience submitting provisioning packages., • A computer hardware, software, or technical background is a plus., • Associates degree in Logistics or a related field preferred, but other degrees may be considered in combination of education, professional training, or work experience.\n
