S/4 HANA Migration & Project Leadership • Support ECC to S/4HANA migration, • perform fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration validation, cutover, and post-go-live support., • Apply SAP Activate Methodology for workshops, design iterations, and sprint-based delivery., • Coordinate with functional, technical, and data readiness teams to align manufacturing and quality workstreams., • Drive risk management, change control, and documentation activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting • Lead workshops and governance sessions with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain stakeholders., • Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and issue logs to program management., • Develop and deliver training materials and user enablement sessions for business readiness.
