This position will focus on the financing of energy transition and digital infrastructure projects, offering the opportunity to work on innovative and internationally recognized deals. Key Responsibilities: • Work with a dynamic team on financing projects in the energy transition and data center sectors., • Draft, negotiate, and manage the preparation of loan and security documentation., • Coordinate complex closings and provide strategic legal counsel to clients., • Work on cross-border projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and offices., • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including energy companies, investors, and financial institutions., • Education: JD from an accredited law school., • Bar Admission: Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying., • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in project finance, energy transition, or digital infrastructure financing., • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation., • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., • Strong oral and written communication skills., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
