This role requires a highly skilled professional with at least 7+ years of experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and business process analysis within software development teams. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements, • Translate stakeholder needs into formal documentation for development teams, • Create and maintain:, • Business Requirements Documents (BRD), • Functional Design Documents (FDD), • Technical Design Documents, • Technical Use Cases & User Stories, • Business Cases, • Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), • Test Cases, • Develop workflows, diagrams, and process flowcharts, • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and stakeholders, • Support QA by creating and managing test cases, • Improve systems by documenting current state processes and business rules, • Deliver documentation for business manuals, user guides, system guides, and training materials, • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa Required Skills: • 7+ years of Technical Business Analyst experience, • Strong experience in requirements management and technical documentation, • Expertise in business process mapping and workflow documentation, • Experience working within software development lifecycles (SDLC), • Knowledge of software and database development concepts, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units Preferred Skills: • MS Visio (or similar diagramming tools), • Experience in the Educational Domain
