Job Description Our organization is in search of a fellowship-trained, board-certified Surgical Oncologist to enhance our team, which currently includes another surgical oncologist and an advanced practice provider. Opportunity Highlights • Case Mix: Involves solid tumor surgeries, cytoreduction HIPEC, major gastrointestinal resections, thyroid/parathyroidectomies, Whipple procedures, and wide local excision with sentinel lymph node mapping., • Technology: Utilization of the DaVinci Xi robotic platform equipped with teaching consoles., • Facilities: Onsite medical imaging, laboratory, and pharmacy services., • Scheduling: Block operating room time with clinic hours comprising two half days., • Electronic Medical Records: EPIC system., • Teaching Role: Faculty position in General Surgery Residency.Opportunity Details, • Income Guarantee: A two-year guarantee of $600,000., • Recruitment Incentive: A signing bonus of $200,000., • Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 for moving expenses., • Malpractice Coverage: Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage included., • Retirement Plans: 403B with matching contributions and a 457B savings plan., • CME Allowance: Up to $6,000 annually for continuing medical education., • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits starting from Day One.
