Job Description Desktop Support Technician Lincoln, NE 100% onsite No travel required • 8-5 Monday-Friday, no on call, • Support of Windows OS/Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment with direct interactions with the end user., • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals., • Desktop and Network Support, • Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware., • Assist Corporate Desk Side Support technicians with large IMAC’s., • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems., • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups., • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed., • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs., • Imaging and image recovery, • Experience doing break / fix repairs on desktops, laptops, • Install / Re-install various software packages and updates, • WiFi and VPN connections; Support of wireless devices

Job Description As a student intern with our Network Services team, you'll assist with performing routine network services assignments according to established guidelines which may include services related to connectivity, systems storage, and communication infrastructure support. You'll gain an introduction to managing the firm's network systems by implementing policies, mechanisms, and defenses. We are looking for a student intern to work 10-20 hours per week during the school year with the potential to continue working into the summer.
