Job Description⭐ Picker/Packer – Warehouse Associate Full‑time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Peak Season: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM) 🚀 About the Role We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to help pick, pack, kit, and stage products for shipment. You’ll work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using RF scanners and a warehouse management system to fulfill customer and government contract orders with accuracy and care. If you enjoy active work, staying organized, and being part of a team‑first culture, this is a great opportunity. 📦 What You’ll Do • Pick materials and products using RF scanners and WMS, • Retrieve inventory from racking using pallet jacks and material handling equipment, • Assemble, kit, and package products for customer and government contract orders, • Perform visual inspections to verify quality, quantity, and accuracy, • Pack, stage, and prepare outbound orders using work orders and pick lists, • Replenish inventory and maintain organized, clearly labeled picking locations, • Assist with inventory movement, palletizing, and warehouse organization, • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area, • Read and follow work orders accurately, • Use basic computer systems and email for order processing, • Support general warehouse tasks to meet daily team goals🔧 Essential Skills, • 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, order fulfillment, or kitting experience, • Hands‑on experience with RF scanners and WMS, • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift, • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy, • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment, • Basic computer skills and email use, • Experience with picking, packing, sorting, and palletizing, • Experience operating pallet jacks and material handling equipment➕ Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Forklift experience preferred (sit‑down, stand‑up, or reach truck), • Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred, • Prior RF scanner/WMS experience (2+ years) highly beneficial, • Ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping documentation, • Comfort working with inventory systems and maintaining accurate stock records🌟 Why You’ll Love Working Here Join a respected supplier in the defense and tactical gear industry, known for supporting those who serve. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
