The purpose of this position is to use the skills and experience to manage construction projects at an advanced level. This individual will operate as part of a team to make project decisions and ensure proper communication and coordination with field staff and clients. Responsibilities: • Perform any and all functions necessary to run and manage multiple construction projects, • Maintain extensive knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems, commercial and mechanical piping and ductwork., • Responsible for training and direction of Jr. Project Managers and Commercial Field Staff, • Lead completion of multiple projects accurately and on time., • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
