Job Description Job Summary: The Case Aide provides support and client related services within the Preventive Services Dept including “support activities” such as interviewing clients; collecting information about family situations; directly assisting children and family members in various ways, i.e. providing transportation, home visits, accompanying parents to service providers, participating in and reporting observations and findings at case conferences.
