Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly Responsibilities: • Oversee TheraCorp’s daily office operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and client-focused environment., • Monitoring and reporting accountability to ensure efficient operations, • Address and resolve operational issues promptly, supporting a culture of continuous improvement., • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients warmly, managing a high volume of phone calls, and delivering accurate, timely information., • Schedule appointments and respond to potential client inquiries while clearly communicating TheraCorp’s policies and procedures., • Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate client records, processing payments, and handling correspondence., • Collaborate closely with clinicians and team members to coordinate schedules and support seamless daily operations., • Model and uphold TheraCorp’s core values in every interaction with clients, colleagues, and partners.Qualifications:, • Two years of administrative experience preferred, • Organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks, staff members, and responsibilities, • Experience in the provision of mental health services is preferred, but not required., • Two years of administrative experience preferred, • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities., • Strong computer skills, • Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks.About Company TheraCorp’s mission is to change lives, one session at a time.
