Job Description Please note; this role is based in Roselle! We are seeking a confident, dependable, and self-motivated Human Resources & Marketing Coordinator to support both our Human Resources and Marketing functions in a full-time role. This position reports directly to Human Resources and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while executing marketing initiatives under the guidance of our Marketing Director. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-directed professional who is comfortable executing established processes accurately and consistently with minimal oversight. After initial direction is provided, the successful candidate will be expected to manage responsibilities independently and reliably. What You’ll Do Human Resources Support • Provide day-to-day administrative support for Human Resources operations, • Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and internal communications, • Support HR processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper organization, • Maintain records and trackers with a high level of attention to detail, • Execute daily social media posting across platforms in alignment with the established digital strategy, • Create, gather, and organize marketing content and performance reports, • Respond to online reviews and assist with maintaining a consistent brand presence, • Support ongoing marketing initiatives through administrative and content-related task Who You Are • Confident, dependable, and self-directed, • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, • A clear and professional communicator who understands confidentiality., • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability, • Able to execute defined strategies independently once direction is provided Qualifications • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities without daily supervision, • Proven experience executing tasks based on established processes or leadership direction, • Strong accountability for deadlines, accuracy, and follow-through, • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, marketing support, or a related role, • Working knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram for business use, • Experience using Canva or similar design platforms, • Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, • Comfortable pulling reports and maintaining trackers or spreadsheets This Role Is a Good Fit If You: • You are comfortable managing your own workload and deadlines, • Prefer clear direction and ownership over constant check-ins, • Take pride in accuracy, consistency, and execution, • Require daily direction or frequent reminders, • Prefer highly guided or training-heavy environments, • Are primarily seeking a creative or strategy-focused marketing roleCompany DescriptionDo you want to work with a company that values craftsmanship, innovation, and teamwork?
