What You’ll Do As an independent real estate agent, you will: • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, • Generate and manage your own leads and client relationships, • Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and negotiations, • Manage contracts and transactions from start to close, • Build and grow your personal real estate business using Keller Williams tools and systems Training & Support Keller Williams is known globally for industry-leading education and coaching. Agents are not employees of Keller Williams and are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, and licensing requirements. Pay: Commission-based (1099 Independent Contractor).
