Position Summary The Cocktail Server delivers elevated and personalized beverage service to guests in lounges, bars, casino areas, or poolside settings. With a focus on speed, accuracy, and attentiveness, this role ensures a memorable guest experience in alignment with Otonomus’ luxury standards. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and has a professional and engaging demeanor. Key Responsibilities • Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency., • Deliver cocktails and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining proper service presentation and product knowledge., • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, offering recommendations and upselling premium beverage options where appropriate., • Ensure compliance with all local and state liquor laws, responsible beverage service standards, and internal policies., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, tray stations, and bar surroundings., • Communicate clearly and effectively with bartenders and other service team members to ensure seamless service delivery., • Monitor guest behavior and report any concerns related to overconsumption or inappropriate conduct to management., • Previous experience in high-volume cocktail service, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or casino environment., • Must be over 21 years of age, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, guest-facing presence., • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine., • TIPS certification or equivalent responsible beverage service training preferred., • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure., • Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods., • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays., • Healthcare Coverage: We are committed to providing comprehensive healthcare plans (medical, dental, vision, and other benefit options) to our team members and their families., • Time Off: Otonomus fosters a flexible work lifestyle by offering paid time off, paid holidays, & volunteer hours to all full-time team members., • 401K: To help you reach your savings goals, we offer a 401(k) plan., • Career Development: We offer extensive learning and development opportunities to support growth.
