ROLE SUMMARY This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The Manager, Brand Marketing drives brand growth across the full portfolio — JLo Beauty, The Body Firm (Crépe Erase & Youthful Essence), and Smileactives — through integrated strategy, press and partnership management, activation, and 360°ree; go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate is a seasoned brand marketer with strong project management discipline, hands-on knowledge of contracts and clearance processes, social media fluency across content and analytics, and the creative confidence to operate across three distinct brand voices simultaneously. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Brand Marketing Strategy & 360°ree; GTM Planning • Lead integrated brand marketing planning across all three brands — connecting PR, partnerships, influencer, social, activations, and retail into cohesive 360°ree; go-to-market campaigns., • Develop campaign briefs, brand calendars, and GTM timelines for product launches, tentpole moments, and seasonal priorities; own cross-functional alignment across all workstreams., • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans with defined owners, timelines, and KPIs; present plans and performance to VP and senior leadership., • Design and produce executive-ready decks for brand recaps, campaign presentations, retail sell-ins, and agency briefings — with strong visual storytelling and brand-consistent formatting., • Contribute competitive intelligence, white space analysis, and audience insights to brand planning; monitor category trends across luxury beauty, body care, and oral care on an ongoing basis., • Maintain a master brand calendar ensuring alignment across internal teams, agencies, and external partners. 2. Press & Public Relations Management • Lead day-to-day PR execution across all three brands — managing agency relationships, press strategy, launch briefings, and media outreach in partnership with the VP., • Develop and maintain press materials including brand narratives, product launch kits, media alerts, and pitch copy; own internal approvals through Legal and VP sign-off., • Brief PR agencies on launches, partnerships, and activations; manage timelines, evaluate output against objectives, and track coverage and share of voice weekly., • Support scheduling and logistics for press days, media interviews, talent appearances, and brand visits; manage product requests, seeding, and press gifting fulfillment. 3. Brand Partnerships & Collaborations • Identify, develop, and execute strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that expand awareness, drive trial, and align to each brand's positioning and audience., • Manage end-to-end partnership execution — from outreach and proposal through contract coordination, asset delivery, campaign execution, and performance reporting., • Build and maintain a partnership pipeline across complementary lifestyle, wellness, beauty, and retail categories; present opportunities and recommendations to VP., • Develop co-branded briefs and activation concepts; coordinate legal agreements, usage rights, and clearance approvals in partnership with Legal. 4. Brand Activations & Events • Plan and execute brand activations, influencer events, press moments, retail experiences, and experiential campaigns across all three brands., • Build run-of-show documents, production timelines, vendor briefs, and on-site logistics plans; manage invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and vendor relationships., • Lead post-event recaps with KPI results, coverage, learnings, and recommendations; present findings at ACQ weekly meetings., • Track and reconcile activation budgets against approved allocations; flag variances proactively and recommend reallocations. 5. Influencer & Social Media • Help Lead influencer outreach, vetting, negotiation, and deal structuring across all three brands; own contract finalization — including deal memos, usage rights, and clearance — in partnership with Legal., • Oversee influencer and organic creator performance; track attribution and deliver optimization recommendations to VP., • Fluent understanding of social media's role in organic brand building, partner with Senior Manager, Organic Growth & Content Strategy, • Monitor platform trends and cultural moments; bring proactive organic and paid opportunities forward across all three brand audiences. 6. Project Management, Contracts & Operations • Own end-to-end project management across concurrent brand workstreams — building trackers, managing timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery across internal teams and external partners., • Demonstrate working knowledge of contracts, deal structures, and clearance processes — including influencer agreements, vendor contracts, partnership terms, usage rights, and model releases., • Manage the clearance process for organic and paid creative content across all three brands; liaise with Legal on approvals, revisions, and compliance., • Maintain organized asset libraries, filing systems, and cross-brand documentation., • Background in brand marketing, PR, or integrated marketing — preferably in beauty, wellness, or consumer products., • Proven 360°ree; GTM experience — connecting PR, partnerships, influencer, social, activations, and retail into cohesive brand campaigns., • Strong project management skills; experience building timelines, run-of-show documents, and cross-functional trackers across multiple brands simultaneously., • Working knowledge of contracts, deal structures, and clearance processes — influencer agreements, vendor terms, usage rights, and model releases., • Hands-on social media experience: content strategy, platform fluency (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), ability to draft and post content, and understanding of how social drives brand health and full-funnel performance., • Experience developing and presenting executive-quality decks for leadership, agency, and retail audiences — strong design eye and narrative instinct required., • Track record of identifying and executing brand partnerships and managing press/PR campaigns from strategy through coverage., • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership., • Data-literate — able to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate into clear recommendations., • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva; familiarity with Sprout Social, Dash Hudson, Airtable, Asana, or equivalent platforms., • Highly organized, entrepreneurial self-starter with a genuine passion for beauty, wellness, and brand building. This role covers all three brands. Candidates should be prepared to context-switch across distinct brand voices, audiences, and categories daily. Environmental, Psychological and Physiological Requirements: • The work will be performed inside a multi-story office building with elevators and stairs., • The person must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time., • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and conference rooms., • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine, printer and calculator, • Frequently communicates with employees who have inquiries., • Ability to learn technical material and apply the knowledge to their work.
