We are a locally owned and operated Early Childhood Education Center looking for passionate, talented teachers to help our students grow and create an amazing learning environment! We are looking for Bilingual, Spanish-speaking qualified teachers. Our program serves children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Lead teachers are expected to create lesson plans, communicate daily with parents, collaborate with teachers in the room and neighboring classrooms, and be an amazing role model for all, exercising patience and compassion for all students. Lead Teacher Minimum Job Requirements • Passionate about working with children with a positive and patient demeanor, • Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education OR related degree (i.e., psychology courses related to childhood, and/or 6 semester hours in courses related directly to childcare) OR, • 30 semester hours from an accredited college/university, including 6 semester hours in courses related to childcare, AND 1 year (1560 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed daycare center.
