2X is seeking a visionary senior executive to lead our GTM Engineering & Orchestration Services—the fastest growing group within 2X, with 400+ professionals across the U.S., Kuala Lumpur, and Manila, with a goal to scale beyond 1,000 by 2028. As the Global Leader, you’ll own the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of our GTM Engineering & Orchestration practice, providing B2B marketing transformation for leading global brands. This role blends strategist, operator, product leader, and mentor - responsible for driving client impact, scaling internal capabilities, and strengthening 2X’s differentiation in the marketplace. You’ll unify five interconnected sub-practices: • RevOps Strategy: Elevating and evolving clients’ GTM architecture and tech stacks., • RevTech Services: Partnering with leading platforms like 6sense, Gong and others., • RevOps Services: Operating GTM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Adobe., • Data & Analytics Operations: Powering data-driven insights and performance tracking to strengthen decision making capabilities., • Work Management: Building world-class marketing operations workflows on Asana, Monday.com and more. Key Responsibilities: • Define and evolve the GTM Engineering vision and portfolio., • Drive scalable, high-quality global delivery and operational excellence., • Partner cross-functionally to accelerate client impact and innovation., • Build and develop next-gen GTM Engineering leaders., • Represent 2X as a thought leader in RevOps transformation. Experience and Capabilities You Bring: • Extensive experience designing, delivering, and leading complex GTM Engineering and Orchestration like services (i.e., RevTech, MarOps, Data and Analytics, RevTech Platform deployment)., • Proven success directing multi-disciplinary practices or service lines in a high-growth B2B Marketing environment., • Demonstrated ability to unify distinct, global teams under one vision and deliver measurable client outcomes., • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth and profitability and engaging with strategic clients or prospects., • Executive presence with the ability to advise C-level stakeholders., • Experience managing globally distributed teams is a strong plus. Preference will be given to individuals in/willing to relocate to Philadelphia, but remote employees will be considered as well.
