Shift:: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday (8AM - 5:00PM) KEY JOB SUMMARY • Catalog management and channel ownership: Own the day-to-day performance, governance, and continuous improvement of catalog purchasing channels to ensure approved items, suppliers, pricing, and buying pathways are accurate, compliant, and easy for field users to access., • Guided buying and user adoption: Drive catalog utilization, guided buying adoption, and reduction of off-catalog purchasing by identifying user pain points, improving buying instructions, simplifying workflows, and partnering with field leaders to reinforce compliant purchasing behavior., • Catalog data integrity and system governance: Maintain high-quality catalog and supplier data in Oracle/Jaggaer, including item descriptions, pricing, units of measure, supplier records, catalog availability, approval routing, and issue resolution processes., • Tail spend enablement and supplier rationalization support: Use spend visibility, supplier usage patterns, and requisitioner feedback to identify fragmented purchasing, recommend catalog or supplier consolidation opportunities, and support supplier transitions that reduce complexity and improve field buying efficiency., • Strategic sourcing partnership: Partner with the Strategic Sourcing team to implement negotiated supplier agreements within catalog channels, support supplier onboarding or transitions, provide field and catalog insights, and ensure sourcing outcomes are accurately reflected in procurement systems., • Supplier performance and issue management: Coordinate supplier performance follow-up related to catalog availability, order fulfillment, pricing accuracy, service issues, corrective actions, QBR preparation, and field escalations to improve service continuity and user satisfaction., • Field procurement support and stakeholder partnership: Partner with PSM leadership, field operations, branches, finance, legal, and functional teams to understand buying needs, resolve procurement barriers, communicate catalog changes, and improve the end-user procurement experience., • Compliance, controls, and process governance: Ensure catalog, supplier, and purchasing activities align with company procurement policies, approved buying channels, delegated authority, contract compliance requirements, and applicable laws or internal controls., • Analytics and performance reporting: Monitor catalog penetration, off-catalog spend, supplier usage, issue trends, service metrics, savings support, compliance, and adoption performance; translate insights into action plans, leadership updates, and continuous improvement priorities., • People leadership and continuous improvement: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Buyers and Sr. Buyers; set priorities, reinforce accountability, improve service responsiveness, and identify process improvements that simplify purchasing and strengthen field procurement outcomes., • Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES • Advanced knowledge of catalog management, guided buying, tail spend management, supplier enablement, procurement operations, and approved buying channel governance., • Strong understanding of catalog content governance, item setup, supplier onboarding coordination, pricing accuracy, units of measure, catalog availability, and supplier/item data integrity., • Ability to use spend data, supplier usage patterns, requisitioner feedback, and catalog metrics to identify off-catalog spend, fragmented purchasing, compliance gaps, and supplier rationalization opportunities., • Experience improving procurement systems and user workflows, including Oracle/Jaggaer catalog processes, guided buying, supplier portals, issue resolution, and process controls., • Strong stakeholder influence and change management skills, with the ability to drive catalog adoption, communicate process changes, reduce purchasing friction, and support consistent buying behavior across a distributed field organization., • Working knowledge of supplier performance support activities, including issue tracking, service follow-up, QBR preparation, corrective action coordination, and escalation management related to catalog and field procurement service delivery., • Ability to partner effectively with Strategic Sourcing, PSM, field operations, finance, legal, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to operationalize supplier agreements within catalog channels and improve compliance., • Proven leadership capability, including coaching, prioritization, performance management, workload balancing, service responsiveness, and development of buyer or procurement operations teams., • Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert catalog, supplier, and spend data into clear insights, action plans, and leadership updates., • High level of integrity, accountability, urgency, collaboration, and dependability with a strong commitment to service excellence, compliance, continuous improvement, and measurable field procurement outcomes. REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE • 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement operations, catalog management, supplier enablement, tail spend management, procurement systems, supply chain, or related purchasing support functions., • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a managerial or senior leadership capacity., • Demonstrated experience owning or improving catalog processes, guided buying adoption, supplier/item data accuracy, approved buying channels, and end-user procurement workflows., • Experience using procurement data, catalog metrics, supplier usage patterns, and stakeholder feedback to reduce off-catalog spend, improve compliance, resolve buying issues, and support supplier rationalization opportunities., • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, prioritizing work for, or developing buyers, procurement operations staff, support teams, or cross-functional process improvement resources., • Experience partnering with sourcing, suppliers, field operations, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to implement supplier changes, resolve catalog or purchasing issues, and improve field procurement service delivery. REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, TRAINING Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree., • Preferred:, • MBA or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field., • Professional certification preferred, such as CPSM, CIPS, APICS/CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, or relevant procurement systems/platform training., • Experience or training with Oracle, Jaggaer, Power BI, advanced Excel or procurement analytics platforms.
