Job Description Paving Superintendent - Commercial Asphalt - Base Salary to 140k/year - Decatur, GA • With over 40 years in business, our client has built a strong reputation across the Southeast for delivering high-quality work in the commercial asphalt industry. They specialize in asphalt paving, striping, sealing, ADA compliance, and site repairs, focusing exclusively on commercial projects such as shopping centers, multifamily developments, non-interstate roadways, and new construction. Driven by consistent annual growth, the company is expanding its leadership team to support continued success. Known for its strong internal culture, the organization prides itself on having long-tenured field teams and low employee turnover., • Manage day-to-day operations of a 35-40 person paving crew, • Lead all aspects of paving jobs from mobilization to completion, • Operate and direct the use of paving equipment (pavers, rollers, etc.) as needed, • Train, mentor, and develop field personnel on proper technique, safety, and productivity, • Coordinate closely with internal teams including sales, project management, and dispatch, • Monitor job performance, schedule adherence, and field quality, • Ensure a safe, efficient, and respectful work environment, • 10+ years of paving experience, including operating commercial paving equipment, • Proven track record in leading crews and running paving projects from start to finish, • Knowledge of commercial job specs, ADA compliance, and project coordination, • Base salary in the 120k - 140k/year range, • Performance-based bonus potential, • Company vehicle or allowance provided, • Health insurance, • Paid Time Off, • 401k with company match Company DescriptionINDUSTRIAL SALES & SERVICE RECRUITMENT.
