This role engages prospective members through face‑to‑face benefit events, community outreach, scheduled appointments, walk‑ins, and phone‑based consultations. The Individual Sales Representative also supports the Individual Sales & Retention Manager by coordinating and tracking sales activities, assisting with reporting, and supporting compliance‑driven marketing initiatives. This role plays an important part in enrollment growth, member retention, and representing CHP within the community while ensuring adherence to CMS and OIR marketing guidelines. The Infusion Nurse plays a key role in maintaining medication safety, infection control standards, and clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). This position also collaborates with clinical leadership to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective site of care for infusion services, balancing patient needs, benefit coverage, and treatment requirements.
