Job DescriptionSalary: $11.00 Job Title: Production Management Intern Location: San Pedro Playhouse & Classic Theatre 800 W. Ashby Pl. San Antonio, TX 78212 Department: Production Reports To: Artistic Associate and Production Stage Manager The program is a ten-week engagement beginning on June 1, 2026, and ending on August 7, 2026. Interns will be paid $11 an hour. Internship Information This internship will be open to currently enrolled undergraduate college students who are Bexar County residents attending a college or university, as long as the student is a resident of Bexar County and able to show proof of the same. The college or University is not required to be in Bexar County. Students who have already earned a bachelors degree or higher are not eligible. Purpose To give undergraduate students meaningful on-the-job training and experience working with a nonprofit arts organization and to foster future leaders and advocates for the arts sector in Bexar County. Selected students will develop a closer understanding of how the arts benefit their community, along with real-world applications of business skills that can be applied to their careers. Student Requirements Internship period: June 1 - August 7, 2026. Students are required to work 40 hours a week. The selected intern must also agree to participate in at least two public presentations to promote the program. Interns must work at least a 40-hour week, but no more. This can include weeknights and weekends as may be required by the organizations schedule; specific hours in a week worked can be flexible as long as the intern fulfills a 40-hour commitment. Student Eligibility Students who are currently enrolled as undergraduate college students who are Bexar County residents, attending a college or university in Bexar County or outside of the county, as long as the student is a resident of Bexar County, and does not already hold a bachelors degree. Residency means the location where the student lives when not attending college or university. For example, if the student went to high school in Bexar County, the parents live in Bexar County, and the address on the students transcript and drivers license is a Bexar County address. Students selected will be required to follow the agreed-upon job description as outlined, including but not limited to a 40-hour work week. Key Responsibilities Production Planning and Coordination • Assist the Production Coordinator with scheduling rehearsals, meetings, and production timelines., • Communicate schedules and updates to directors, designers, cast, and crew., • Maintain and organize production-related documents, including rehearsal reports, budgets, and inventory lists., • Attend production meetings and provide detailed meeting minutes., • Provide logistical support during load-ins, tech rehearsals, and strikes., • Assist in troubleshooting technical or operational issues during live performances., • Act as a liaison between the production team and other departments during show runs., • Serve as run crew, or assist with lighting, sound, or backstage operations for productions, childrens productions, and camps., • Teach students about technical theatre, including backstage roles, equipment use, and production processes., • Participate in orientation, professional development day, and mentorship opportunities., • Gain hands-on experience in budgeting, scheduling, and logistical planning., • Learn best practices in theatre production management. Job Description XenoSTART, the preclinical division of START is a translational research organization focused on creating relevant preclinical cancer models. Our xenograft models represent each cancer type and disease stage and are established from patients at our domestic and international cancer centers. The XenoSTART Patient-Derived Xenograft (XPDX) platform includes over 2,500 models annotated with each donor patient’s cancer treatment and outcome data and characterized using IHC, DNA/RNA sequencing, and relevant in vivo drug efficacy. Our XPDX models are clinically annotated and include patient treatment history and outcome and are characterized through genomic profiling, histologic analysis, and in vivo drug sensitivity to relevant standards of care. The Internal Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary and internal medicine care to adult patients while supporting readiness, access to care, quality improvement, and clinical training initiatives in accordance with MTF policies and privileging requirements. Job Description Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas (GSSWT) is headquartered in San Antonio, TX, and serves more than 10,000 Girl Scouts (girls and adults) across 21 counties in southwest Texas. The New Member Enrollment Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management oversight of the New Member Enrollment team as they successfully culminate recruitment efforts by initiating and pursuing communications strategies and protocols needed to convert prospective members to registered members through recruitment strategies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Designs and/or implements a comprehensive plan for girl and adult membership growth in targeted areas by researching market data, membership trends, and other pertinent information relevant to designated geographic areas., • Implements membership recruiting and marketing strategies outlined in the council’s strategic plan, annual business plan and/or other council goals through cultivation and organization of communities to generate increased girl and volunteer leads., • Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made to meet membership goal. Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to goals., • Assists in achieving the council’s corporate goals for girl and adult membership through implementing membership strategies in assigned areas for new and returning prospects., • Manages New Member Enrollment team and ensures utilization of Girl Scouts’ customer relationship management system to pursue leads throughout the recruitment process for completion to close status., • Manages New Member Enrollment team so that membership leads have proper timely follow up., • Regularly conducts reviews of data quality reports and takes or causes action to be taken to resolve data issues and problems with the Director of Member & Volunteer Services., • Cultivates relationships with appropriate community leaders, organizations, and businesses to support recruitment efforts within targeted areas to positively impact membership growth., • Seeks opportunities and keeps in contact with community organizations, corporations, schools and educators to increase awareness of and participation in Girl Scouting., • Manages and coordinates department budget and corresponding resource allocations. Performs additional duties as assigned in support of the council’s mission and goals. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and two to four years of progressive responsibility; or any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions. Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills: Must be proficient in proficient with computer and Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, and Word).
