This role involves utilizing advanced technology and care protocols to ensure the well-being of patients, including the management of devices such as IMPELLA, Balloon Pump, and others. \n\nResponsibilities\n\n • Utilize the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.\n, • Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.\n, • Administer medications and treatments per established protocols; monitor for side effects and treatment effectiveness.\n, • Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided accurately.\n, • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\n, • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.\n, • One year of experience in a Critical Care setting preferred; new graduates may be considered.\n, • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only).\n, • Valid RN license in the state of Texas or compact state.\n\n\nSchedule\n This position requires working nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. \n\nWhy ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
