    Job Overview: We are seeking reliable and experienced Independent Contractors to perform property preservation and maintenance services on residential and vacant properties. The contractor will be responsible for completing assigned work orders in a timely, professional, and compliant manner while meeting client and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general property preservation tasks including:, • Lawn maintenance (grass cuts, edging, debris removal), • Winterization and de-winterization, • Securing properties (lock changes, boarding windows/doors), • Minor repairs (plumbing, drywall, carpentry, etc.), • Debris removal and property clean-outs, • Roof tarping and basic repairs, • Conduct property inspections and report damages or hazards, • Take clear before, during, and after photos for documentation, • Ensure all work meets client guidelines and local regulations, • Maintain communication regarding job status, delays, or issues, • Prior experience in property preservation, construction, or maintenance, • Must have own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation, • Ability to handle multiple work orders and meet deadlines, • Smartphone or camera for photo documentation and reporting, • Basic knowledge of safety practices and property compliance standards, • Experience with vendor platforms (e.g., Safeguard, MCS, ServiceLink, etc.), • Knowledge of HUD/VA property preservation guidelines, • Paid per work order (rates vary based on scope of work), • Opportunities for consistent volume based on performance, • Outdoor and indoor work in varying weather conditions

    HOME SERVICES WORKER Professional Home Services Agency About the Position We are seeking compassionate, reliable Home Services Workers to provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and maintaining safe home environments. Workers will operate independently while following individualized service plans and reporting to their assigned supervisor. Key Responsibilities • Provide care and services to clients according to individualized service plans, • Observe and maintain safe home environments; report environmental concerns or changes in client status, • Complete service notes for each visit documenting services provided, date, and time, • Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and toileting, • Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and teach these tasks to clients when appropriate, • Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper techniques and equipment, • Provide medication reminders and assistance as trained and directed, • Provide companionship, social interaction, and emotional support, • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and errands as per service plan, • Provide protective oversight and stand-by assistance with personal care tasks, • Completion of at least ninth grade; high school diploma or equivalent preferred, • Completed training for provision of home care tasks to clients, • Must pass agency home care task competency assessment, • Must pass criminal background check, • Current CPR certification required, • Must be free from health problems that may be injurious to client, self, or co-workers, • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, • Ability to lift and move up to 250 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds, • Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity to assess client condition, • Clear verbal and written communication, • Compassion, patience, and respect for client dignity, • Understanding of confidentiality and ethical care practices, • Work performed in clients' homes, which may not be wheelchair accessible, • Schedule may include flexible hours to meet client needs, • Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, and physical exertion, • Must have access to client records and maintain strict confidentiality, • Local travel required between client homes
