Job Description Summary The Machine Operator for Bud's Goods of New Jersey is responsible planning, operating, and maintaining equipment at our facility in Linden, New Jersey. The primary operations of the facility will be the packaging of cannabis and cannabis products as a service to clients of the company. The Machine Operator is responsible for leading and organizing a team of packaging techs in support of day-to-day machine operations. The Machine Operator must be able to operate and oversee specialized automated packaging equipment and to keep the equipment clean and running efficiently at all times. This role's success relies heavily on the successful operation of the facility's automated packaging equipment; therefore an understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is required. The Machine Operator's goal is for total client satisfaction and works hard to always adhere to Bud's Goods' high standards for quality and service to our clients and the terms of our client agreements. This role is responsible for the sanitation and proper batch change procedures to avoid potential contamination ensure our clients are provided safe and controlled products. The Machine Operator reports to the Packaging Manager and works closely with the Vault Manager. This role reports to Linden, New Jersey, Monday through Friday. Quality checks may include weight verification, seal integrity, legibility etc., • Validate Product through every change of Metrc tag. Bagged product matches labor sheets and recipient bins so as to not mix products. Schedule: Open 2 Openings The ideal candidate would be responsible for: • Patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points., • Observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to management, • Responding to emergency situations and/or alarms and contact appropriate emergency services as needed, • Becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic - know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons., • Performing required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle, • Knowing the facility / building policies and procedures; enforce them within the limits of the position, • Investigating and preparing reports on accidents, suspicious activities and incidents as well as following established emergency procedures, • Maintaining a professional demeanor when assisting residents, visitors, and guests, • Monitoring alarms and systems Benefits: Weekly Pay Uniforms Provided Full Time Employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days with a 401k match after one year of employment. All of our therapists will have access to the following benefits: • Training and use ofour paperless billing and data collection system, • Full practice management we take care of intake, staffing, billing, tracking authorizations, insurance correspondence, and maintenance of your certifications;so you are able to focus on providing our children with the best services!, • Access to continuing education workshops and trainings (we are an ASHA and BACB ACE provider), • Team-building meetings, events, and trainings, • We provide support for career development such as assisting in the process of becoming an RBT Starting Hourly Rate: $20-$24 LOCATION: Cases Available Throughout New Jersey JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst, • Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case, • Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, as well as resources and strategies that can be implemented in the home and community to promote consistency, • Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists! successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or a related field • Experience using ABA preferred, • Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism, • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, • Excellent communication skills with children, family members, and supervisor, • Passionate about helping children and families, and providing services of the highest standards!, • Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving a personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train., • The ability to climb and descend staircases, • The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
