JOB SUMMARY As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for pulling, picking, and packaging all sales orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Follow company procedures for fulfillment as documented, • Participate in warehouse operations involving receiving, processing, pulling orders, loading trucks, and stocking inventory., • Perform inventory management and shelf audits, • Participate in safety training, • Pull and put away tags for orders per Olander procedures, • Move completed orders from consolidation bins to shipping bins per Olander procedures, • Check consolidation bins after every drop for hanging orders and add to pull list if necessary, • Repair and clean up damaged stock boxes, • Make sure scales are leveled for accuracy, • Follow instructions from order notes, • Report any problems and unsafe conditions to WH Manager/Lead, • Pull and prepare secondary orders, • Pull and kit inventory for production orders, • Expedite and bring ASAP will call orders up to the counter, • Reprint damaged or lost labels through Bartender, • Keep warehouse clean and organized on a daily basis, including taking out garbage and housekeeping maintenance., • Willing to learn additional roles and responsibilities., • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead or warehouse manager This job description reflects managements assignment of essential functions; nothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. QUALIFICATIONS • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, • Experience with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards preferred, • Excellent attendance and punctuality, • Highly goal oriented, • Ability to work as part of a team. You will need to collaborate with others on many assignments; therefore, you must work well in a group., • Ability to accurately and quickly count, sort, and organize items., • Ability to abide by safety standards and practices - no exceptions, • Ability to identify and proactively manage and resolve problems, • Ability to exercise good judgement while working independently and with a team, • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, • A confident and mature approach, • Be a role model for company culture, • Ability to build, work and interact with suppliers, customers and employees while demonstrating tact, sensitivity, discretion and professionalism, • Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, • Follow company policies and procedures as documented in the Employee Handbook PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Physical Strength and Stamina: Warehouse workers must be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs.), as well as stand and walk for long periods of time., • Use of hands for grasping, pushing and pulling, • Able to read documents, computer screens, and make entries into the software system Pay Salary Range: $21-$22 per hour DOE This role is eligible for the Company/Team bonus plans. Olander complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and determines compensation based on candidates qualifications, education, skill set, experience, and internal equity.
