Your impact, • Move customer products from unprocessed storage to processing areas; load and unload after sterilization; stage pre-shipment orders., • Interpret process documentation and customer special instructions to ensure correct handling every time., • Monitor and maintain equipment used for product movement; perform minor repairs; escalate major issues to Maintenance or leadership., • Keep accurate records, place/retrieve/analyze monitoring devices per specifications, and drive corrective actions when needed., • Receive, identify, label (as appropriate), and store items in Shipping & Receiving according to procedure., • Investigate alarms, report off-normal events to a Supervisor/Team Leader/Operator, and support resolution within safety guidelines., • Maintain daily housekeeping and uphold GMP and Lean principles; support company policies and leadership directives., • Advance through Operator training; as training progresses, you may perform duties of Material Handler I, Warehouse Material Handler, Warehouse Assistant, and/or Operator and help train peers., • High School Diploma or GED., • Lift up to 50 lbs; sustained seated/standing, manual work., • 1+ year of warehouse experience in FDA/ISO/GMP settings., • English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking. Preferred, • Basic computer and math skills; comfort navigating defined system screens., • Forklift background., • Experience working similar shift hours. Pay and benefits, • Hourly rate: $20.00; bonus eligibility as applicable., • Medical, dental, vision, paid PTO and holidays, 401(k) with company match., • Minimum pay will comply with any higher county/city requirements; final pay considers local market costs, experience, education, certifications, language skills, and other relevant factors.
