We’re looking for a dynamic IT professional with a passion for technology and diverse interests to help drive our expanding operations throughout Europe. Based in our Madrid office, you will be the primary IT support contact for our Spain and other assigned European offices, working closely with the Singapore and Central IT team to ensure seamless end-user support, system reliability, and IT compliance. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring prompt and reliable resolution of employee requests for Spain and other European offices via remote support, • Managed the IT managed service vendor for our Netherlands office, • Provide IT remote support for the US and LATAM offices during the first half of the US morning hours, • Collaborate with the Singapore IT team to deliver end-user support, including new IT Infrastructure setup, system availability, IT security compliance and IT standardization, • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, remote VPN connectivity, NAS, video conferencing systems (Teams/Zoom), VOIP phones, printers and scanners, • Providing training to users on new software, systems, or IT best practices. Support onboarding of new employees by providing IT orientation and training, • Assist in the implementation of IT projects, security policies, system guidelines, and compliance processes, • Participate in IT audits and help standardize IT setups and processes across offices, • Setting up new IT equipment for new onboarding employees. Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware and software, • Logging all service request and updating tickets as required, • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and tagging of IT equipment, • Provide audio and visual support for Teams Meetings and Townhalls, • Escalate and report IT incidents to the Singapore or Central IT team as needed, • Manage the Physical Card/Facial Door Access and CCTV system in the office, • Collaborate with the Singapore IT team to implement central IT policies and solutions, partner with business stakeholders to deliver effective IT support and enablement, and coordinate with external IT vendors for procurement, support, and service delivery Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field, • 2+ years of experience in an IT end-user support role, • Experience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Logitech) is a plus, • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 OS, Office 365, Online SharePoint and Teams, • Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions, • Strong troubleshooting skills for PC hardware/software and application support, • Knowledge of networking (firewalls, routers, switches, VPN and Wi-Fi), • Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity best practices, • Experience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Logitech) is a plus, • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, • Proactive, independent, and solution oriented, • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment We Offer • An entrepreneurial and international environment where developing opportunities for growth is valued, • A competitive compensation plan with pension contribution by the employee, • Flexibility on working hours, • Local and global training & development opportunities, • Company outings, Christmas dinner!, • Life Insurance, • Health Insurance, • Retirement Plan, • Transport Season Ticket/Parking Please note that we often incorporate an assessment and reference checks in our selection procedures.
