Affiliates • Create, own and implement the strategy for the Affiliates channel across Shark & Ninja with the explicit aim of driving growth/performance for the French market., • Oversee the execution of Affiliates activity to ensure we take a best-in-class approach. This will include a blend of hands-on and network management., • Report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance against forecast and KPI’s., • Create & nurture profitable relationships with key affiliate partners, ensuring we diversify our publisher and vertical mix., • Nurture and develop the relationship with our affiliate network AWIN., • Identify and test innovative opportunities to grow the channel. This includes developing a test and learn plan., • Work closely with key internal stakeholders including the wider eCommerce team, Marketing, Commercial, Conversion & Creative. CRM • Identify and develop French automated campaigns including retargeting, cross-selling and reactivation ultimately driving CLV and brand advocacy., • Define briefs for the campaigns and journeys to be developed, engaging with key stakeholders to obtain their input and priorities to inform your thinking and plans. Key stakeholder groups include Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Social and Design., • Interrogate performance reports and analysis to understand the key drivers of campaign performance, developing plans and A/B tests to optimise campaigns to improve results. Essential Skills • Significant experience of developing multi-channel and automated CRM programmes, ideally in a multi-brand or international environment., • Significant experience of working in an Affiliates role, ideally in a medium to large organisation., • Strategic thinker with ability to articulate complex concepts concisely., • Highly commercial, with ability to define, identify and prioritise high value initiatives. Ability to create robust campaign plans to deliver growth., • Proactive and self-driven, confident working independently, but with strong team ethics., • Powerful communicator with excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas., • Capability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and to aggregate complex items., • Fluent in French and English., • Educated to a degree standard, ideally in a marketing or business discipline., • Can quickly and consistently “get to the heart of the matter” and acts decisively to solve the right issues at the right time., • Genuine, upfront, consistent, and values driven. About You • 5+ years demonstrable mixed experience across Affiliates & CRM roles., • An in-depth knowledge of the French affiliate market, ideally with retail experience., • An excellent communicator and strong negotiator who can build relationships easily., • Strong analytical, strategic, and mathematical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail., • A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas., • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities., • Thrives in a fast-paced environment., • A team player who promotes collaboration., • Obsessed with delivering the best experience for our customers., • Experience working on AWIN’s network is advantageous., • Experience using BloomReach CRM platform is advantageous.
