Offre de Stage : Analyste Sales Force Effectivness Durée : 6 mois ou 1 an (Septembre 25 ou Janvier 26) Description du Poste : Jazz Pharmaceuticals France recherche un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre son département Sales Force Effectivness (SFE) . Sous la responsabilité du directeur adjoint SFE, vous assisterez les différentes aires thérapeutiques (Neurosciences, Oncologie) en collaborant avec d’autres interlocuteurs en interne (équipes commerciales, médicales…) pour mener à bien les activités suivantes : • Réalisation d'analyses ad-hoc selon les besoins des équipes business (tendances marchés, performance des produits, ad hoc), • Déployer, mettre à jour et optimiser les tableaux de bord mensuels de performance opérationnelle sur Excel et PowerBi (couverture, fréquence …)., • Support dans la maintenance du CRM Veeva (mise à jour du mapping, gestion des accès etc…) Formation: • Rigueur, autonomie, bon relationnel., • Une bonne maîtrise du pack Office (aisance sur les fonctionnalités avancées d’Excel : graphes, fonctions, tableaux croisés dynamiques, …), et de Power BI, • Sens de l’analyse et esprit critique., • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, oral et écrit., • Proactivité, organisation et esprit d’équipe., • Une opportunité unique de participer activement au succès de produits innovants en Neuroscience et en Hématologie/Oncologie., • Un environnement de travail collaboratif au sein d’une équipe passionnée et engagée., • Des missions variées permettant de développer vos compétences en analyse, esprit critique, • Un accompagnement personnalisé pour favoriser votre montée en compétences et votre développement professionnel. Duration: 6 months to 1 year (from September 2025 or January 2026) Job Description: Jazz Pharmaceuticals France is looking for an intern to join its Sales Force Effectiveness Department (SFE) . Under the supervision of the SFE Associate Director, you will assist the different therapeutical areas (Neurosciences, Oncology) and collaborate with the team to carry out the following activities: • Ad hoc analyses based on business needs (market dynamic, product performance, ad hoc), • Deploy, update and optimize monthly performance dashboard using excel or PowerBI (coverage, frequency…), • Support the team in Veeva CRM maintenance (mapping update, access rights…) Education: • Rigor, autonomy, good interpersonal skills.., • Excellent writing and communication skills in French., • Proficiency in pack office software (advances excel and Power BI)., • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking., • Good English skills., • A unique opportunity to actively contribute to the success of an innovative product in epilepsy and haematology/oncology., • A collaborative working environment within a passionate and dedicated team., • Diverse responsibilities that will help you develop your skills in analytics and critical thinking., • Personalized support to foster your professional growth and skill development.
