Job Title: T&I Contracts Specialist Location: Paris, France Employment Type: Renewable Contract Client: Operator About You You are an experienced Contracts and Procurement professional with a strong background in Transport & Installation (T&I) contracting for large-scale offshore wind or energy infrastructure projects. You bring at least five years of expertise in managing complex commercial agreements, overseeing supplier performance, and navigating the full contract lifecycle—from tendering to close-out. Your skills include: • Strong understanding of contract law, procurement standards, and commercial management practices., • Proven experience in international tendering, supplier appraisal, and contract risk management., • Proficiency with Procurement systems and tools, such as Ariba, ERP (MBC), and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)., • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary and international teams, including legal, finance, planning, and insurance functions., • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. About the Role As a Contracts & Procurement Specialist – Transport & Installation (T&I), you will play a key role in supporting the pre- and post-contract management of the Foundations (FOU), Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), and Inter-Array Cable (IAC) Transport and Installation packages for the Offshore Wind (OFW) Project. Your main responsibilities will include: • Leading and managing contractual and commercial activities across the T&I packages., • Conducting bid evaluations, commercial assessments, and supplier due diligence., • Managing claims, variations, and ensuring compliance with project procedures and governance., • Collaborating closely with package managers, legal, finance, insurance, and project stakeholders., • Ensuring timely payment processing, supplier performance monitoring, and contract obligation tracking., • Supporting internal and partnership approval processes and future contractual interfaces for potential additional lease areas., • Preparing and managing Confidentiality Agreements and conducting supplier risk reviews and benchmarking., • Ensuring effective use of E-sourcing, ERP (MBC), AGORA, and other procurement tools., • Promoting best practices and continuous improvement in contract and procurement processes. You’ll report directly to the Project Contracts & Procurement Lead and collaborate daily with cross-functional teams.
