As the Letting Coordinator you will be responsible for the general organisation and administration of all office activities, supporting the lettings/Sales team with the progression of their lets as well as assisting the wider team as required.
Your duties will include:
Communicating and coordinating with prospective tenants to ensure all documentation is received and checks completed accurately.
Liaising and coordinating with landlords ensuring they are in a compliant position, ready for letting their property and following all relevant regulations
General office administration
Various admin duties and organisation tasks to support negotiators in facilitating their deals.
Referencing and credit checks
Handling post and documentation
Organising utilities, inventory check ins/out, move ins etc
Record and maintain accurate PMS
Skills and experience required:
Proven Lettings Administration / Coordination experience (2 years+)
Excellent communication and administration skills
A strong understanding of contracts and tenancy agreements
Customer focused approach
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Efficient and able to time-manage effectively
