You will work closely with officers, Heads of Service, and stakeholders to support audits, inspections, reviews, and the development of new operating systems, helping ensure deadlines, milestones, and reporting requirements are met. The role has a strong organisational impact. By enabling effective co‑production, collaboration, and engagement, supporting financial processes, and providing clear, reliable information, the Finance and Process Support Officer help the Council demonstrate assurance, manage risk, and continuously improve how services are delivered. Your work directly underpins transparency, informed decision‑making, and the delivery of resilient services that support positive outcomes for people who use adult social care.
