We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Store Manager to work 40 hours per week. You’ll be responsible for the store and everything that it entails – sales, service, targets. Most importantly, you’ll be a leader. A leader of people and a leader in the current and challenging world of retailing. You’ll have bundles of passion and energy in driving a small team forward; you’ll epitomise our standards of customer service and you’ll put smiles on people’s faces – customers and staff. Managing suppliers and placing orders. Undertaking routinely stock takes. Managing daily/weekly/monthly cash flows. Working closely with external accountants to compile and submit quarterly VAT returns and annual accounts. Other tasks involve managing staff rota, dealing with customers and complaint management. Keeping business compliant at all times.
