Ensuring that everyone has the right support, training and tools to work independently and confidently. Youll make sure that customers receive the right support to maintain their tenancy and develop positive relationships with other customers and the community. The role is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, however these working hours could include weekends and other shifts to meet the needs of the business. Job requirements Oversee the day-to-day management of Concretes 24/7 young persons accommodation service. This includes overseeing building management and building security.
