Role Description: As a Senior Consultant at Inbeeo, you are responsible for the delivery of high-quality market access projects, managing and developing team members, and contributing to the growth of the business. Senior consultants act as project managers on client engagements, serving as the key day-to-day client contact, delivering projects to a high standard, on time and within scope, and leading the project team of consultants and/or associates. In addition to project management and delivery, you play an active role in business development, Inbeeo’s internal initiatives, and Line management of team members. In this role, you will: • Manage market access, value, pricing, and access policy strategy projects from planning to completion,, • Conduct and guide more junior team members in conducting secondary research, primary research, data analysis, and synthesis of insights, • Develop and present client-facing insights and draft recommendations, • Act as a primary client contact on engagements, building trusted relationships, managing expectations, and communicating complex information clearly, confidently, and persuasively, • Guide, coach, and develop associates and consultants through ongoing feedback, review, and mentoring, fostering strong team dynamics and high performance, • Contribute to the strategic direction and material development of Inbeeo’s thought leadership, developing high-quality external-facing content and guiding more junior team members in this area, • Identify and support opportunities for new business and project expansion, contributing to proposals, presentations, and business development discussions with clients, • Support internal initiatives to improve Inbeeo’s ways of working, internal processes, tools, and efficiency Key Requirements: Experience & Skills • Strong academic background, with a first-degree (minimum 2.1) in a scientific, health, or business-related discipline; a Master’s degree or PhD is preferred, • Proven track record (at least 3 years consulting experience) of managing and executing consultancy projects, particularly in market access and pricing, • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently execute research methods to answer complex client questions and translate evidence into clear, strategic insights and recommendations, • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, the pharmaceutical and medical device landscape, and specifically market access and pricing, • Proven experience supporting and ideally leading proposal development and contributing to business development activities, • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Professional working proficiency in English, and additional language proficiencies is a plus Communication & Collaboration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate, influence, and persuade across a range of internal and external audiences, • Demonstrated experience acting as a trusted client partner, ideally with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships with recurring business, • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop junior team members, strengthening team dynamics and facilitating effective communication across project teams Personal Attributes • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality, outcomes, and team performance with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, • Commercially-minded, with an interest in contributing to business growth and the long-term development of the firm, • Commitment to continuous learning and applying new knowledge to improve performance and delivery quality, • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive approach to change and problem-solving Other Benefits: • Be part of a dynamic environment where you can make an immediate impact and a difference, • Grow professionally through continuous learning and development of consulting and data communication skills, • Hybrid working environment with a base in our Central London office in Fitzrovia, • Access to free snacks, beverages, group activities, and seminars, • Gold standard holiday entitlement (28 days, + bank holidays), • Private health insurance, • Lifestyle perks and discounts including cycle and tech scheme
