Your responsibilities will include: • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner., • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with efficiency and empathy., • Providing product information and guidance to help customers make the most of their products, • Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction., • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback to help them continually improve our service.
