Backed by investment, a strong client base, and a mature marketing engine, the challenge now isn’t demand — it’s keeping up with it. That's why we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to sit at the heart of the commercial team, working day-to-day with the Founder & the Head of Commercial, and playing a critical role in turning interest into revenue. This isn't your typical SDR role. It’s a high-impact position for someone who wants to: • Own and shape the early sales process, • Learn how a modern GTM engine really works, • Progress quickly into a closing role, • Be part of a business using AI for true business benefit Before you read further, please note this is a role based in Cardiff (minimum 3 days a week in-person). The role: You’ll sit between marketing and sales, taking ownership of early-stage pipeline. That means: • Following up and qualifying inbound leads generated by marketing, • Nurturing prospects and managing the pipeline intelligently, • Running your own outbound activity (email, LinkedIn, calls), • Testing and refining messaging, sequences and approaches, • Working closely with the Founder on deals, positioning and strategy, • Feeding real-world insight back into marketing and GTM decisions Over time, you’ll start to take on your own deals, with a clear pathway to Account Exec. The person: We care far more about potential than polish. You’ll likely have: • 2+ years’ experience in B2B outbound sales (SDR / BDR / similar), • Confidence across channels: phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person, • Strong commercial instincts and curiosity about how deals really happen, • High energy, resilience and a “figure it out” mindset, • Ambition to grow into a senior sales role, not stay an SDR forever Experience in SaaS / tech / AI is helpful, but not essential. Hunger, intelligence and coachability matter more than logos on a CV.
