This is an opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our Multimedia Resources Office (MRO) at Emanuel School. As a Resources Officer, you will provide a proactive and responsive administrative support service to all staff, while maintaining a well-resourced, efficient and functioning (MRO). You will undertake a range of administrative duties including ordering stationery and resources, organising documents, managing an efficient photocopying service and covering reception when necessary. We are looking for a confident and friendly individual, with good communication and organisational skills. You will possess experience of delivering a responsive and efficient customer service and will be capable of developing and sustaining positive working relationships. Knowledge of photocopiers and troubleshooting is also essential. This is an all-year position, working during term time and school holidays. Working at Emanuel There is always a buzz at Emanuel.
